“After losing my job back in 1997 and not many options as married guy with a child on the way I searched the newspaper for opportunities. I had bought a van for my prior job (HVAC) and responded to a courier company looking for owner operators. Vans were a plus. I took the job, worked with some great people and quickly caught on to the business. After driving for 6 months I was offered a dispatching position which was a step closer to operations manager that was next for me. I learned a lot about customer service, communication and commitment. Soon thereafter I went on my own. Just me and my van. It was a huge risk with a young growing family but it was a process that served us well. Hundreds of thousands of deliveries later I’m proud to offer Direct Deliveries services to anyone that needs the best couriers in the North East”

No answering service. Ever. With all super sensitive time critical deliveries our customers get prompt concise answers day or night from the highest level of management giving them a comfort level they deserve. Whether it’s a specimen for testing or a part for a machine our customers put a tremendous amount of effort getting shipments ready for us. Once we have it in our possession they can rest assured it’s in good hands.
Our Drivers
Our core drivers have been on board an average of 12 years. This offers our customers stability, familiarity, reliability and continuity. Familiar faces and voices instill confidence that the job will be done right. Drivers are highly trained in medical shipments, Hazardous Materials and Next Flight Out. All drivers are STA certified by the TSA and abide by all TSA training regulations.
